Out with the Old, in with the New

Introducing the Updated Plan4 Healthcare Website

We’re increasingly relying on the internet to learn information and make decisions. As a result, it’s becoming essential for companies to have websites that don’t only look great, but deliver a great experience to visitors who rely on services. It’s not an option, it’s a responsibility. At Plan4 Healthcare, this is a mindset we proudly champion.

That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of our newly updated Plan4 Healthcare website. We’ve kept what drew you to Plan4 in the first place, and improved everything else. The enhanced website features a bright color palette, new interactive elements, and easy ways to quickly find everything you need, from project engagement details to contact information and more.

You’ll also notice new sections, including a page dedicated to explaining the SCORE methodology, Plan4’s proprietary planning strategy, in a consumable way. The SCORE model demonstrates how better communication improves the overall process, and leads to better stakeholder engagement and long term results.

But we didn’t just stop at the website. The flagship 4Cast business planning software also received a sleek visual revamp. Don’t worry, all the functions and features that brought your team success remain the same.

The reasoning behind the evolution is simple: We believe there’s always room for progress, and strive to provide the best possible experience for all Plan4 viewers and users.

We invite you to take a look around, taking note of the new features and refreshed visual identity, and reach out to us with any questions. We’re the same team, now with an
improved look.

As always, thank you for your continued support and your commitment to smarter planning. Keep an eye out for more exciting announcements down the road!

Discover a Smarter Way to Support Your Roll-Up Process

Now Introducing “Virtual Post-It Notes”

Executive leadership teams with small conference rooms, rejoice!

In order to support the business planning roll-up process for determining the assigned budgeted FTEE (Full-Time Employment Equivalent) for each facility, users now have the ability to use a detailed view of the FTEE page. With virtual post-it notes your team has total control. You can now easily track assigned changes, add notes, and view detailed metrics for each service. You also have the ability to expand, move, and adjust panels to view your information as needed.

Explore the new Plan4 “Virtual Post-It Notes” feature and enjoy a better way to plan.

Contracts, FCP, and BOC - Oh My!

There isn’t a single model of data capture that works universally. For the 4Cast contracts and FCP page, we now provide the optional capability for automatic roll-up of FCP costs based on the data entered into the contracts, and other costs, page. Previously users were requested to estimate their FCP costs quarterly after already entering contract level information into 4Cast.

For most facilities starting with FY19 planning, this capability will be available. Note: we did not want to change the process mid-stream for our users. Fiscal team users can also determine whether to include a breakout by BOC, further expanding the reporting and estimation capability of 4Cast for your benefit.

That’s all for now! Be sure to keep up with the Plan4 blog for more announcements and news.
