President & Chief Operating Officer
As Plan 4’s President and COO, Seth is responsible for company operations, finance, administration, and marketing. He also leads Plan 4’s Business Development efforts, manages project delivery, and directly provides consultative and training support to Plan 4’s clients.
Seth has 18+ years of experience as a consultant, project manager, trainer, leadership expert, and coach. He has spent over a decade serving as a trusted advisor to various organizations within the Department of Veterans affairs to include VA Central Office, National Program Offices, the Veterans Benefits Administration, VA Construction and Facilities Management, and 40+ VA Medical Centers. He is one of the authors of the SCORE Model for Healthcare Excellence, a planning best practice designed specifically to help VA hospitals plan operations more effectively while maximizing resources.
For nine years Seth was a co-owner of Sinclair Advisory Group, a small business providing strategic planning, leadership development, and expert advisory services to Federal and private sector customers. Seth both managed and operated the company while actively engaging with SAG’s clients as a consultant and coach. Prior to SAG, Seth was a manager for Accenture LLP. In this role he served as a project manager and functional consultant supporting the development of custom technology solutions as part of an overall modernization initiative for the Department of Education, Federal Student Aid.
Seth has a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland. He is a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP) and held a certified Leadership Coach Credential (International Coaching Federation ACC), having completed George Mason’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Certificate program in 2013. He served as Adjunct Faculty for the LCOP Program at both American and Rutgers University. Seth is currently a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
